Experienced, Professional ITBS Preparation
Sessions begin Wednesday, July 14, 2010 for students entering the seventh grade and who are scheduled to take the ITBS during the third week of October. The course is a natural lead-in to TACHS preparation the following year.
SCHEDULE: Class will meet each Wednesday, from 6:30-8:30PM, beginning July 14, and conclude October 6th.
INSTRUCTORS:
• Joseph Pedulla holds a Masters Degree in English from Fordham University, and teaches Literature at Millburn High School in Millburn, New Jersey.
• John Pedulla received a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from Fordham University, and is a member of the Math department at Susan E. Wagner High School.

FEE: $440, payable prior to July 14; this pays for the Course Book, practice tests, report cards and Math and ELA supplemental materials; it also pays for a seat for each of the thirteen sessions (a $100 deposit holds a seat until 7/14).
• A detailed confirmation will be sent once a deposit and registration form are received.
• Free spring water, Gatorade, and a bathroom are available during all classes.
• Classroom capacity is 17; no registrations are accepted above that number.
• Half of each two hour session will be dedicated to Math, Sciences, and Maps and Reference Materials portions of the ITBS; the other hour will address elements included in the Language Arts and Reading Comprehension portions.
• Homework assignments in each area will be given weekly, as well as vocabulary quizzes; Math quizzes will be given every other week.
• Midterms are given the last week of August, and will be followed by report cards; a mini ITBS exam and one full length ITBS will be given in mid to late September.
• The Course Book will be supplied July 14; it should be brought to each session.
• A detailed confirmation will be sent once a deposit and registration form are received.
• Parents new to Pedulla Prep are welcome to visit the Carmel Avenue tutoring location when picking up/dropping off your son or daughter.
Directions: Take Bradley Avenue over the SI Expressway to Victory Blvd, left onto Victory. Go 1/4 mile, left onto Carmel Ave (at the pharmacy) to #16, second house on the right (left side entrance).
